Presentation of the lesson by Chef Chandra Sina ,description of the key ingredients and other basic elements of the Italian cuisine.
Menu of the day presentation and different matching of wine with food.
Preparation and tasting of an aperitif with local products. Our guests will have the chance to break the ice and mingle with each other over a wine tasting, mixed with local starters and new flavours .
Very step of an Italian typical menu from aperif to dessert will be thoroughly explained and practiced by the chef and pupils, reviewing every ingredient and choosing all the right wines to taste to match the different courses.
Our guests will be divided into small groups to prepare different dishes, that will later be served for dinner or lunch. Chef Chandra Sina will supervise every single aspect.
Wines: every dish will be served with a special wine from the surrounding chosen by the expert sommelier.

Morning from 9.30 to 12.30 class plus lunch
Evening from 16.30 to 19.30 class plus dinner
