Cooking Course

Italian cookery courses organized in Italy in the enchanting location of Castello di S.Cristina Grotte di Castro between Tuscany, Latium and Umbria.

A perfect setting for an enjoyable course of delicious Italian cuisine run by our expert Chef Chandra Sina. Chef Chandra is a Tuscan cook with a strong international experience who will introduce our guests into a world of culinary traditions, Centuries old, with the most modern technical skills.

The cookery courses will be held directly at the Castle in an enchanting atmosphere where the once were old horses stables. Recently they have been restored into a comfortable area dedicated to this purpose.

Every lesson will be a mix of theory and practice, with particular attention to the choice of the ingredients. Our pupils will prepare their own lunch and dinner under the constant supervision of the chef .

Wine and cheese tasting will be part of the class. At the end of the course, every student will receive a diploma and a CD with all the recipes and photos related with the cooking class they have attended.
